By using BridgeSpace you hereby agree to indemnify Bridgespace and its members, licensors, and affiliates from any action, claim, settlement or liability, and any legal fee that arises from your violation of these Terms.
Some competitions and projects may put forward additional terms and conditions governing participation. To take part in these competitions you must agree to the relevant terms.
While using our services you must not act in any way that is unlawful or in any way that we may consider inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to:
Infringing another person’s legal rights Uploading files that contain viruses or may damage our property or the property of other individuals Posting material that can be considered racist, pornographic, discriminatory, threatening, or that can in any way violate network security
Bridgespace reserves the right to monitor user interactions but is under no obligation to monitor user disputes. You, as a user, are responsible for your interactions with other users.
Bridgespace reserves the right to take down any posted information without notice. We also reserve the right to terminate access to the Site and services without notice and without liability for any loss that may arise as a result.
By creating a Bridgespace account you guarantee at the time of account creation you are at least 14 years of age or older at the instance of account formation.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination you continue to be bound by sections 5 and 13.
Bridgespace reserves the right to terminate your account at any time where there is fraudulent or illegal activity or where section 13 is violated.
